To ensure the intended goods and quantity loaded into the container are in accordance with your purchase order, the loading of the container supervision may needed. GIS Inspection conducts a comprehensive container loading supervision that covers a series of meticulous checks, typically including:
Verify the product and quantity: The inspector verifies that the right products are present and that they align with the client's stipulations.
Evaluate the packing of the products: The inspector evaluates the unit packing, inner packing, outer packing, export carton dimensions and weights, shipping marks on cartons to ensure they meet the client's expectations and adhere to global standards.
Check the container condition: The inspector checks the container for any signs of damage, leakage, or other concerns that could negatively affect the safety of the products during transportation.
Closely monitor the loading process: The inspector monitors the loading process, making sure it adheres to proper techniques and guidelines, reducing the likelihood of damage while in transit.
Ensure proper handling of the goods and proper stack in the container: The inspector checks and inspect all cartons stuffed, any wet, damaged, broken or defect package should be replaced or repaired accordingly. Take photo for the first row, 1/4 container, 2/4 container, 3/4 container, full container & the overview when close the right door of container.
As soon as the inspection is finished, the container will be sealed with the shipping line seal. And seal number is documented. You'll receive a detailed inspection report which outlines the inspection findings, includes photos of any defects, and provides an overall pass/fail assessment.
